Vidya is operated by A3 Partners Pte Ltd, Singapore. This policy explains available refunds.

7-day money-back guarantee

For an eligible first purchase of a Premium monthly, annual or Lifetime plan, request a refund within 7 days. This applies once per customer and remains subject to mandatory local consumer law.

Renewals

Automatic renewals are non-refundable after 48 hours unless local law requires otherwise. Prevent the next renewal using subscription controls in your Profile where shown, or email support@atriverse.com. Deleting your account from Profile → Delete account cancels active subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Email support@atriverse.com from your account address with the order ID. Approved refunds are normally submitted within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Governing terms

This policy is governed by Singapore law and Singapore courts, without removing mandatory consumer rights under your country's laws, including India.
